By Road
Follow the M3 until it ends at the Sunbury roundabout. Continue up the A316 Chertsey Road, over three roundabouts. Continue for 2 miles. With Twickenham Rugby Stadium on the left, Quins' ground is on the right. U-turn at the RFU roundabout. Enter the Stoop via Langhorn Drive, 450 yards on the left.

Parking & Access
There is a specially designated car park for the disabled behind the East Stand. However, it is advised that people get to the car park early as it fills up quickly. There is also parking in the Brown car park, behind the South Stand, in the Green car park, behind the North Stand and in the Magenta car park off Langhorn Drive.
Twickenham station is served by trains from London Waterloo and Reading, with more services and routes accessible via Clapham Junction. After the match (and after a warming pint or two in the East Stand) there are plenty of trains to return you home safely.

By Train
Upon leaving the station, turn right towards Twickenham Rugby Stadium and left at the mini-roundabout. Take the first left into Court Way and then turn left into Craneford Way and continue on until you reach the stadium. The Twickenham Stoop is at the end of the road on the right.

Facilities
Supporters at Harlequins believed that the facilities at the Stoop in the 2004/05 season were second only to Twickenham in terms of facilities for the disabled user in Europe. The situation has improved even more now that the new West Stand (Lexus Stand) has been completed. Most wheelchair users should now find all the facilities that are needed.

Seating
The Twickenham Stoop has fully integrated seating arrangements. There are 121 disabled/carer/wheelchair seats in total.

The majority of disabled seats are located at the bottom of the East and West stands and are easily accessible from both of the respective car parks. Some supporters have warned that, by being seated in the lower section of the East Stand, the views can be restricted due to other supporters arriving at or moving around during the game. It is difficult to know how much of a problem this presents. The Ticket Office have also stated that there are very few seats available in the West Stand, This can vary on a match by match basis and it is always advisable to check prior to each game. For additional information contact Damien Hutchins, Ticket Office Manager on 020 8410 6000 or email damien@quins.co.uk.

Seat prices in each of the stands are complementary for the disabled. Should anyone wish to take a carer with them then they will be charged just £10 for their seat.

There are also 16 disabled/carer/wheelchair balcony seats located at the top of the new West Stand. These seats are accessible through a lift located in the West Stand reception area.

Disabled Toilet Facilities
There are two disabled toilets in the East Stand. As the West Stand is new there should be at least as many here, although establishing this information has been quite difficult.
